For the newly constructed Paradise Landing Indoor Waterpark located within the Hilton Milwaukee City Center, Newmat was effectively put to use by the architect, Kahler Slater.

The project consisted of 7 large amoebic-shaped clouds in white matte/M15 membranes over 1” fiberglass backing using Newmat ghost rails, pre-formed aluminum perimeter tubing, and 2’ x 2’ grid to support the fiberglass and strengthen the perimeter tubing.

Newmat was selected for its monolithic appearance, light reflective properties, and high acoustical performance. However, most importantly for this application, these clouds are resistant to humidity and chlorine fumes.
