For this high tech attorney’s office, Stavi Architects made use of Newmat’s translucent membranes NewLight using fiber optic lighting behind curved walls for the lobby area. In addition, Newmat built 36 custom wings consisting of aluminum shaped frames and two layers of translucent membranes backlit which were suspended throughout the main corridor in a floating/flying fashion. Stavi Architects successfully utilized the monolithic aspect, design flexibility, and light diffusion of the Newmat systems for this creative project.
